From this remote assistance webpage you can click the West Carolina Remote Assistance button and you should see the following.
You want to choose run.
Once you have clicked run you will get the following disclaimer box. You want to click accept after reading the disclaimer.
Once you click accept you will get the box below. The box below will generate an ID and Password that you will give to the West Carolina Telephone support agent. This will allow the agent access to your computer to help troubleshoot.
Once you have given the ID and password to the support agent the box below will appear on your screen. The white X will close the connection that the West Carolina Support Agent has established with your PC.
If you get the box below you want to choose unblock so the Remote Assistance application can connect.
